Terms and Conditions

Unless otherwise stated, all wine prices exclude Duty & VAT.
Please bear in mind that all quotes confirming availability and pricing of stock are valid for 7 days from the original email date. After that I reserve the right to re-quote for availability and pricing.
AWRS - As I am not AWRS registered please bear in mind that I can sell to the trade Under Bond only, i.e, I cannot sell Duty Paid to the trade.
Age - In order to purchase or take delivery of wines from me you must be of or older than the legal drinking age in your country.

Payment can only be made by bank transfer.
Payment must cover all sending and receiving bank charges. I will not release wine for collection or delivery until I have received payment in full.
Payment is due immediately upon receipt of invoice. I reserve the right to cancel any invoice after 7 days if full payment has not been received

Delivery or collection will be instructed only once full payment has been received.
Delivery gets charged at cost depending on the address.
If you are not at the agreed delivery address during the agreed timeframe, then you will be charged for a re-delivery fee.
Depending on postcode Duty paid delivery or collection can generally be facilitated 2-3 days after receipt of full payment.
Delivery and collection timelines are always estimates and I do not guarantee fixed dates unless agreed to.
Under bond delivery generally takes 2-4 weeks.
As I do not offer storage, delivery or collection of an order must be arranged before an invoice is issued.
I can arrange national and international delivery. Delivery will again be charged at cost. For international deliveries I use only Connoisseur International, Davies Turner and Seabrook Exports. I will get relevant quotes before an invoice is issued.

Inspection of delivered wine is your responsibility. You agree to inspect all delivered wines within seven days of delivery to you, your agent or your storage facility.
I will provide provenance information (storage and timelines) based on what I have and on what photographs I can take and provide.
